The template works, you may need to rename it, Proxomox has naming conventions.

By that I mean the template works in proxmox if invoked from the command line (which is what I do personally, I do not use the web interface much).

You *may* need to change the name of the template to get it to appear in the menu of the Proxmox web interface. Once you do that it works.

See : http://forum.proxmox.com/threads/2390-proxmox-1.4-openvz-dropdown-list-of-templates

Thanks for providing this template. It worked fairly well. Only problem I ran into was that it set an venet0:0 interface with an internal or invalid IP. I edited the /etc/network/interfaces file and removed the venet0:0 and change the venet0:1 (which had my public IP) to venet0:0 and everything worked fine.

Blake: You are most welcome. Glad the template is working for you.

I will make a template for Ubuntu 10.04 (LTS) in the near future , but probably not make it available for download until 10.04 is released.

Thanks for posting this template. I tried using the newly updated 9.10 template posted on the openvz wiki and couldn't get the networking to work. This template works without a hitch.

Thanks!

My problem was in low limit in default conf file. Thanks a lot for creating this tpl.

I see new cache templates on http://wiki.openvz.org/Download/template/precreated , but they are bugged (network).
